Arriane Steffi Bacon is a finance transformation consultant at Manulife John Hancock and currently serves as president of the IMA Philippines Chapter. With a background in business consulting at Ernst & Young Philippines (SGV & Co.), she has led diverse finance transformation projects across industries such as pharmaceutical, automotive, real estate, manufacturing, and education. Steffi is a CMA and holds credentials in data analytics, RPA, blockchain, and Lean Six Sigma.

A passionate advocate for leadership and continuous learning, Steffi was recognized with the IMA Exemplary Young Professional Award in 2023 and the IMA Champion Award in 2024. Under her leadership, the Philippines Chapter launched its first podcast, newsletter, and student summit, and organized impactful outreach initiatives like fun runs and gift-giving drives. Steffi is committed to inspiring the next generation of finance professionals through campus engagements and global collaboration with other IMA chapters. Beyond work, she prioritizes wellness, values meaningful relationships, and strives to lead with both excellence and empathy in everything she does.
