Juan C. Moreno is a seasoned finance executive with more than 25 years of leadership experience in financial and operational management across some of the world’s most renowned food and consumer packaged goods (CPG) companies. Currently, he serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Adams Group and oversees all financial operations and strategy of all Adams Family entities while having an active board seat on their Board of Directors.

Before joining Adams Group in 2025, Juan spent 10 years at Blue Diamond Growers where he most recently led the commercial finance function for the branded and ingredient segment. Juan played a pivotal role in building and leading a high-performing commercial finance team, advancing data analytics strategies, and supporting strategic growth initiatives. Juan also held senior finance roles at General Mills and Nestlé for 15 years, where he drove financial growth, optimized operational efficiencies, and managed cross-functional teams in complex, global business environments.

In 2021, Hispanic Executive Magazine recognized Juan for his ongoing career growth and commitment to excellence. A native of Colombia, Juan was celebrated as a role model for the next generation of Hispanic business leaders making a global impact.

Juan is a CMA and earned an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, a BS in Industrial Engineering from Universidad de los Andes in Colombia, and a certification in Business Leadership from Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business.
