Min Han is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and accounting. She currently serves as the deputy general manager, CFO, and board secretary at Shanghai Jahwa United Co., Ltd. In this role, she has established the FP&L team, set up budget management mechanisms and systems, and standardized internal policies. She has also led the establishment of a financial shared service center and a treasury platform in China, as well as conducted global tax planning.

Min is highly involved in professional organizations, serving as an advisor to the Internal Control Standard Committee at the Ministry of Finance, a member of the Finance and Accounting Management Committee at the China Association of Chief Financial Officers, and a councilor at the Finance and Accounting Management Committee of the China Management Science Society. As a member of the IMA Global Board, Min serves on the Global Markets Committee and is the chair of the China Regional Advisory Committee.

Throughout her career, Min has received several prestigious awards, including the Shanghai Women of Excellence in 2021, the CFO Award at the 6th Dingge Award in 2023, and the China Leaders in Finance Award in 2023 by CGMA China.
