A. Fatih Dalkilic, CMA, CSCA, CPA, CIA

A university professor with an extensive background in graduate and undergraduate teaching, A. Fatih Dalkilic is serving as chair of the accounting and finance division at Dokuz Eylül University College of Business in Izmir, Turkey. His research interests include corporate governance, financial reporting standards, designing effective boards, and family business for sustainable development. Specifically, he consults with families facing problems or who need assistance dealing with the challenges of family-owned businesses, especially challenges involving the next generation.

Dalkilic serves as a board advisor in several private companies; he also leads auditing and corporate governance committees suggested by the G20/OECD Principles of Corporate Governance. He has acted as secretary general of the Aegean Young Business Association-EGIAD, a nongovernmental organization with more than 800 members representing 3,000 firms and 110,000 employees since March 2019.

Dalkilic is a member of IMA’s Volunteer Leadership Standing Board Committee and previously served on IMA’s Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee.
