Eric L. Lenard, CMA, CFM

Eric Lenard is the vice president of finance for Johnson & Johnson’s (J&J) Global Services Finance organization in New Brunswick, N.J. Lenard began his career at Procter & Gamble in his hometown of Cincinnati, where he worked for seven years before joining J&J in 2004. Since then, he has held several financial leadership roles in J&J’s ophthalmic pharmaceuticals, general surgery, and orthopedics franchises along with an enterprise-wide position in corporate treasury. He recently spent three years as the CFO for J&J’s start-up surgical robotics and digital business in the San Francisco Bay Area before assuming his current role in 2022.

Lenard has been an IMA member since 2006, when he earned his CMA and CFM certifications. This is his first term on the IMA Global Board, and he is currently serving on the Performance Oversight and Audit Standing Board Committee. Previously, he served on the Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee.

Lenard graduated from The Ohio State University, where he earned his BSBA and MBA in finance.
