Florence Bell is a senior financial executive with more than 20 years of experience assisting privately held and public consumer goods, construction, and consumer services companies in growing their businesses internationally. Florence’s career demonstrates a track record in leading successful team building, process improvement, and transformation initiatives in complex business environments. She also brings deep governance experience as a director through her work with corporate teams and boards, including executive, finance, compensation, and building advisory committees.

Currently, Florence is the corporate controller of Mommy’s Bliss, a privately held global health and wellness brand. She has held domestic and international senior finance roles, with an expat assignment in Canada, and has been involved in high growth companies representing major brands.

Previously, Florence held senior accounting and finance roles at Rubbermaid Canada, Levolor, GMAC Insurance, Volvo Financial Services, and PepsiCo. She also served as the CFO of Carolina Homes, a family-owned construction company and ranch.

Florence received her MBA from Elon University and her BS in accounting from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. A CMA and Certified Behavioral Consultant, she enjoys building strong teams and developing leaders. Florence is a member of the Private Director’s Association and as a member of the IMA Global Board, she serves on the Volunteer Leadership Standing Board Committee.
