Patti Humble, CMA, CFM, CPA

Patti Humble is the chief accounting officer at United Parcel Service (UPS), a $97 billion global transportation company, a position she has held since 2020, where she is also responsible for record-to-report transformation.

With more than 35 years of experience in finance and accounting roles, Humble has held several different positions at UPS, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate benefit accounting controller, business unit finance controller for Supply Chain Solutions (SCS), consolidated planning, and SEC reporting and technical accounting. Humble also led the startup of global accounting shared services in Dublin, Ireland; Singapore; and Dallas, Texas. Before joining UPS, Humble began her career with various audit and tax roles at Deloitte & Touche.

Humble graduated with honors from the University of Iowa Tippie College of Business, where she majored in accounting. She has also completed programs for High Potential Leadership at Wharton and the Women’s Leadership Program at Yale School of Management. She currently serves on IMA’s Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee, having previously served on the Performance Oversight and Audit Standing Board Committee.
