Sarvottam Rege's professional journey is marked by a steadfast commitment to academia and industry. Since June 2015, he has served as the coordinator of the B.Com. program at M.L. Dahanukar College of Commerce. Additionally, he is the founding member of Corporate Career Crafter (C3), dedicated to imparting essential corporate and interview skills. He also plays a pivotal role as a finance mentor for the Incubation Centre at PTVA’s Management Institute & M L Dahanukar College, while managing his consultancy, Sarvottam Rege & Associates, which offers expert cost accountancy services.

Sarvottam earned his CMA in 2015, and he is also a fellow member of the Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI). He holds a master’s in commerce with a management specialization from the University of Mumbai. He has served on the board of IMA’s Mumbai Chapter and is currently a member of IMA’s Strategic Planning Standing Board Committee.

Sarvottam has made significant contributions to academia, organizing various initiatives such as the Faculty Development Program on Industry-Oriented Teaching and Corporate HR meet, and authoring a book on strategic cost management. He brings more than 30 years of extensive industry experience in finance and costing, holding senior positions in renowned Indian corporations such as L&T, Mahindra & Mahindra, Fiat India, and Glenmark Pharmaceuticals, Parle Agro, HUL, and J&J, among others.

Sarvottam has devoted his time to helping bridge the industry-academia gap, such as organizing a "Get Set Corporate" program, promoting collaboration between industry and academics through tests, mock interviews, and CFO interactions; and convening an “Artificial Intelligence and Futuristic Finance" conference, featuring speakers from top companies like Wipro Limited and J.P. Morgan Chase & Co, among other initiatives.
