Laura Saliba is currently IMA’s vice president of global People operations, where she oversees all aspects of the organization’s People operations and staff, including oversight of talent management, compensation and benefits, payroll, training and development, and compliance for IMA’s global workforce. She is responsible for developing and implementing enterprise-wide People initiatives focused on driving IMA’s business goals and objectives. Prior to joining IMA in 2017, Laura held senior-level Human Resources positions at Unipart Logistics and ParadigmHealth.

Laura earned her bachelor’s degree in management from Widener University. She is both a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and a Global Professional in Human Resources (GPHR).
