Pat Stefanczyk is IMA’s vice president of governance and volunteer relations. In this role, she works closely with IMA’s Global Board of Directors and IMA’s extensive network of volunteers and volunteer leaders. She oversees all IMA Global Board committees and more than 200 IMA professional chapters around the world.

Pat began her career at IMA in 2005, where her first role at the organization was senior administrative assistant and senior volunteer/Board liaison. She was promoted to her current role in 2014.

Pat is a CAE (Certified Association Executive), and she earned her PMP (Project Management Professional) certification in 2021.
