Joscel Barrio Delos Cielos is an executive for startups in Asia and Europe. He is a founding member and finance director of etaily, an e-commerce enabler in Southeast Asia, where he has been at the helm of regional expansion and growth, capital raising, and M&A transactions. Concurrently, he serves as an independent director and audit committee chair of a fintech company in the Philippines. Prior to his current roles, Delos Cielos worked in several technology startups, including Luxclusif, which was subsequently acquired by Farfetch UK.

Delos Cielos is an active volunteer in IMA’s Philippines Chapter, where he has served in various roles, including past president. In 2019, he was among a select group of members chosen for IMA’s Young Professional Leadership Experience. Currently, he is a member of IMA’s Volunteer Leadership Standing Board Committee.

Delos Cielos graduated with a BS in accountancy from Xavier University – Ateneo de Cagayan, before placing 5th in the July 2014 Philippine CPA Board examinations. He is currently finishing his Executive MBA at the Asian Institute of Management.
