Ella Suponitskiy is the vice president of the Institute of Certified Management Accountants (ICMA), the certification division of IMA. Ella oversees the CMA and CSCA programs, where she is committed to maintaining the integrity of IMA’s certification programs and growing the CMA and CSCA certifications to be the leading advanced professional certifications for accountants and financial professionals in business.

In addition to Ella’s ICMA responsibilities, she serves as IMA’s staff liaison to IFAC’s Professional Accountants in Business (PAIB) advisory group.

Prior to joining IMA, Ella worked at United Retail Group as a director of financial reporting and prior to that at Becton Dickenson & Company in internal audit and financial planning and analysis. Ella started her career working at the public accounting firm PricewaterhouseCoopers.

A CAE (Certified Association Executive) as well as a CMA and CPA, Ella earned her BBA and MBA from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
