Tony Sheung Fai Kam, CMA

Tony Kam has more than 30 years of regional business, financial management, investment, and M&A experience with major MNCs, large local corporations, and investment banks in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region. He has lived and worked in Hong Kong, Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, and Beijing, and has traveled extensively to Japan, Australia, and India.

Kam was the vice president of corporate development of Cognizant based in Singapore (2018 – 2021), where he oversaw M&A works for APAC and Middle East and drove the inorganic growth strategy for the region. Prior to joining Cognizant, Kam was the senior vice president of finance and commercial of a Temasek group company. Before that, he worked for Accenture for 16 years and held various senior regional finance positions in Asia, including APAC director of finance for one of the business units. He was one of the founding principals of Accenture Technology Venture in Asia. Before Accenture, he worked for HSBC Investment Bank in Hong Kong and Singapore. He has a BSc degree from University College London and has done postgraduate study in business at London School of Economics. Kam also has a master’s degree in ministry from APTS.

Currently, Kam is spending most of his time on advisory work, investments, traveling, and non-profit services. He joined the IMA Global Board in June 2021 and is currently serving on the Global Markets Standing Board Committee.
