Jennifer Wolfenbarger, CMA
Vice President and Group CFO, Owens Corning
Jennifer Wolfenbarger has 27 years of experience in accounting, finance, and operational leadership. In June 2021, she joined Owens Corning as VP and Group CFO, Insulation for Owens Corning. Previously, she served as the VP and Group CFO for Stryker’s Global Quality and Operations Division. As part of her Stryker tenure, Wolfenbarger led a global cost transformation initiative that delivered more than $200 million in cost savings over two years. She also delivered a standard cost and budgeting simplification project that drastically improved completion time and, most importantly, business partnership and accountability.
Prior to joining Stryker, Wolfenbarger served as the CFO for Caterpillar’s Remanufacturing business, a $2.5 billion global business. Prior to this role, and for the previous three years, she served as the CFO for Caterpillar’s Electric Power Diesel and Rental business headquartered in Belfast, Northern Ireland. She held several different accounting and finance roles within Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division, including the global launch of product line profitability across the division, starting up a facility in Newberry, S.C., to grow the company’s North American presence, and revamping its strategy development process. Prior to joining Caterpillar, Wolfenbarger worked for General Motors for 10 years in various leadership positions.
Wolfenbarger holds a BS in accounting and a double MBA in organizational leadership and finance from Butler University. She is originally from central Indiana and currently resides in Toledo, Ohio, with her husband. She is currently serving on the Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio executive board of directors and is also heavily involved with Habitat for Humanity and the Cherie Blair Foundation.
